We're doing the same thing. I'm showing you how to eat MORE to lose weight with 4 simple steps: confidence, awareness, preparation and execution (aka we're eating). No, we're not starving ourselves or spending hours huffing and puffing in somebody's gym. Instead, I'm going to show you how to eat MORE to lose weight. In other words, if you can eat, you can do this.
I love to eat. How can I still lose weight?
Sis, this is not a starvation diet. I'm not asking you to eat less. I'm going to show you how to eat more so you lose weight. So yes, you can continue to love food and lose weight.
I struggle with emotional, stress, or binge eating. Is this for me?
This program focuses solely on nutrition and will help you learn how to eat for weight loss and maintain it through those lifestyle choices so unfortunately, we will not spend time on the emotional factors of eating. If you are struggling with emotional, stress or binge eating, I highly recommend that you work with a trained professional who specializes in emotional eating such as a psychiatrist or clinical registered dietitian.
I want to lose 5-10lbs. Is this for me?
This program is designed for ladies with a significant amount of weight to lose such as 30lbs or more. There is a different strategy involved when a person is trying to lose "the last" or does not have a significant amount of weight to lose. Some experts believe your body has a "set point" meaning a weight where it doesn't want you to go beyond for example if you're 100lbs but you want to get to 94lbs. Your body may not want you to go that low and therefore, you'll experience a great amount of resistance. Usually to break through this resistance and reach your weight loss goal, you have to be incredibly meticulous, pay close attention to the specifics and may often require you to count calories. We're not doing that here. This program is designed for women who want to focus on creating a healthier lifestyle.
How much weight can I expect to lose?
In the first week, we meet to discuss your goals and from there, I help you establish HEALTHY weight loss goals. For safe and sustainable weight loss, most people can expect to lose 1-2 lbs per week; however, this does greatly depend on your efforts as well as your health. If you have any underlying medical issues, I recommend that you work with a specialist trained in your specific concerns.
How is this different than Herbalife or any of the other meal replacement programs?
Sis, they're teaching you to follow a plan. I'm showing you how to LIVE.
Yes, there's a difference. Plans suck and they fail. With Herbalife or any of those other meal replacement companies, their plan is for you to stop eating real food and replace it with a shake or whatever supplement they provide.
This is only leads to TEMPORARY weight loss and it teaches absolutely nothing but how to give them MORE money.

You see these plans fail because they don't teach you how to deal with life, how to go to the BBQ and enjoy yourself, how to go to the best restaurant in town or how to travel and enjoy the local cuisine. What foods can are off the table?
The foods that your body cannot tolerate. If you have an aversion to it, allergy or sensitivity, I recommend you stay away. Other than, all foods fit :)
Can I still lose weight without eating salads?
Eating salad isn’t the only way to lose weight. The key to success is figuring out what works best for you and sticking to it. You don’t have to do something you see another person doing and you also don’t have to force yourself to eat something you hate.
As long as you’re open, you’re willing to try and you’d even enjoy experimenting with fun new foods/recipes, you’ll be fine. I’m not even going to pressure you into trying a new food (or make it mandatory) --- I’m putting the ball back in your court so you’re always in control.
